UK Mainland Deliveries
Should any order be over £50 + VAT, then, for insurance reasons, we can only make delivery using our Next Day Delivery service (by courier). This option will be automatically selected, and be the only one available for you in the Basket/Checkout.
For orders less than £50 + VAT, then the following options apply:
In Stock Orders (with immediate stock availability)
These are available for immediate delivery and can be delivered using our Standard Recorded Delivery or Next Day Delivery services.
Special Orders
Delivery for these orders will be based upon the availability of the out of stock item. A delivery time will be confirmed with you by email once we receive your order, and is likely to be between 7-10 days from the date of your order. Both the Standard Recorded Delivery and Next Day Delivery services are available for these orders, but we would recommend using the Next Day Delivery service so as to save a little more time (although this may be your only option should the order be greater than £50 + VAT).
KTM Parts Next Day Delivery Service
Any KTM parts ordered before 10am (UK time) on a Monday will be delivered on the Wednesday. If ordered by 10am (UK time) on a Wednesday, then they will be delivered on the Friday. Should your order contain other non-KTM parts, then our usual delivery time scales will apply to the entire order.
Non UK Mainland Deliveries
Should your order be over £50 + VAT, then, for insurance reasons, we can only make delivery using our Next Day Delivery service (by courier). This option will be automatically selected, and be the only one available for you in the Basket/Checkout.
Non UK Mainland deliveries are charged on a per order basis as it does depend on where the goods are shipped to. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you by email so as to confirm the shipping cost and take any extra payment where necessary. Should you wish to cancel your order, you are free to do so, upon which we will issue a full refund.
Next Day Delivery
Delivered via courier (Fedex) - your order will arrive the next working day - but only if you place your order before 4pm (UK time) - this is because our office hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm. You should ensure that someone is available at the delivery address as the order will have to be signed for. If no one is available to sign for your order, then the courier will drop a card informing you of the attempted delivery.
You will be able to track this delivery within your CLUB SPEEDAWAY account.
Standard Recorded Delivery
This can take up to three working days (although this is rare) and will delivered by Royal Mail.
You will be able to track this delivery within your CLUB SPEEDAWAY account.
You should ensure that someone is available at the delivery address as the order will have to be signed for. If no one is available to sign for your order, then Royal Mail will drop a card informing you of the attempted delivery.
